Are you an experienced HR leader with a strong background in managing large manufacturing plants (1,000+ employees), union negotiations, and strategic HR transformation?
Join our team in Juarez, Mexico, where you'll play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture, integrating a newly acquired site, and leading HR initiatives that drive business success.
?? Key Responsibilities:
? Lead HR operations for a large-scale manufacturing plant
? Oversee union relations and collective bargaining agreements
? Manage employee cafeteria & transportation services
? Drive strategic HR transformation & change management
? Develop and implement data-driven HR strategies
? Foster leadership development and a positive workplace culture
?? Ideal Candidate Profile:
? Experience in maquiladoras or large-scale manufacturing
? Proven expertise in union negotiations & labor law compliance
? Strong business acumen, strategic thinking & change management skills
? Ability to analyze HR data & provide insights for business decisions
? Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving abilities
? Fluent in English & Spanish
