We are looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join our team and support the Flavors & Extracts Latin America business in Tlalnepantla de Baz.

What you'll do:

• Prepare the Project Std cost from Devex formula (NewItems)
• Improve Cost Format
• Identify opportunities in order to improve the cost accuracy, Raw Material Obsolete, without price, Incorrect Cost Center, without hours, yield, etc
• Evaluate de LOH for the New Items that only exist in Devex, ensuring the use of existing productive work centers.
• Identify errors in the New Items Formulation, phantom, intermediates that requires from other BU, Inactive Raw Materials, Manufacturing Intermediates, etc
• Evaluate STD Cost with Current Cost, Future Cost and Budget Cost
• + 95% Accuracy The Final Cost (Commercialization Process Step 13) vs Format Cost
• Share the STD Cost to pricing area within 24 hours
• Control inventory via cycle counts to 95+% accuracy
• Back up to other positions as required, such as cycle count program, annual physical inventory other responsibilities as assigned and directed.
• Support to Fixed Assets activities as identification of fixed assets capitalized
