Remote Sr. Dynamics 365 Developer:
Responsibilities:- Develop, configure, integrate, and provide technical support for the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) application.
- Participate in the rollout and subsequent CRM development projects.
- Collaborate with external systems integrators, IT technical teams, business analysts, IT managers/architects, and business subject matter experts.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and maintain compliance with enterprise architecture best practices.
- Adhere to change control procedures and manage deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues and implement new application functionality with business stakeholders and external vendors.
- Complete technical documentation, provide post-production support, and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements:- Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, ASP, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps for source control.
- Skilled in plug-in development, Power Platform (Dataverse, flows, PowerApps), and Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, custom workflow activities, XAML workflows, web services, and data model security mechanisms.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, MS Office, BizTalk, OneDrive/OneNote, and Azure or similar cloud services.
- Strong solution architecture and design documentation skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Technology, Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
- Minimum five years of technical development experience, with at least two years focused on Dynamics 365.
