About our client: TickPick is an online ticket marketplace where fans can buy and sell tickets for various live events, such as concerts, sports games, and theater performances.
Job Description: We're looking for a Costumer Care Associate to handle inquiries from buyers and sellers while ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate must have experience in customer service, sales, or client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Address customer and seller inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
Process refunds or credits for customers and manage withheld payments for sellers.
Ensure all pending orders are completed efficiently.
Identify areas for operational improvements and suggest possible solutions.
Handle escalations from customers and sellers effectively.
?Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations.
Advanced english is a must
Abailability to work from Monday to Saturday (2 days off: Sunday and one week day)
Proficiency in: Zendesk (or similar platforms), live event ticketing software and G-Suite.
Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
Strong multitasking abilities.
