We are hiring a Sr Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Steelcase. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate in conventional and Digital environments ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and structure is expected.
- Manage content of several documents to keep them up to date.
- Perform different business support activities involving creating and/or tracking purchase orders, managing meeting resources and workshop supplies and resources.
- Outlook for opportunities for improvement in the processes and activities performed.
- Manage the agenda of several people at the same time, making sure the logistics, meeting resources, attendees and information is complete accurately, with the expected quality and timely manner.

You are a highly organized and resourceful professional with a passion for supporting executive-level staff. Your advanced communication skills and proficiency in digital collaboration tools enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-7 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- A finished bachelor's degree in Business or related.
- Experience working with Executives.
- Advanced English level.
- Advanced communication skills.
