PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Responsible for the operation, application processes, curing processes, pretreatments, maintenance and improvement of the painting area equipment to meet the objectives of safety, quality, production, cost; in addition to coordinating and managing the personnel in charge.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanic engineering o related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a paint supervisor.
• Experience in the application process of electrostatic, powder and liquid paints.
• Pretreatment process.
• Masking design.
• Project management, lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement.
• New product introduction and APQP processes.
• Device design.
• Design Software.

KNOWLEDGE

• Analysis and Problem-Solving Techniques.
• Statistical Process Control Techniques.
• IATF16949 and ISO14001.
• Fanuc Robots.
• Drawings Interpretation.
• Knowledge of customer specifications (BMW, AUDI, FORD, GM).
