We're looking for a SRE /DEVOPS ENG

HYBRID MODEL - Mexico City willing to work twice per week from the office At TECHNOPARQUE

Job Description:

• Learn, understand, and use standard operating procedures (SOP) and tools to effectively manage the applications and systems within SRE framework and architecture.
• Accurately and concisely document production support issues for subsequent root cause analysis (RCA), operational & management analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to accurately gather, analyze and interpret data, identify, define problems, and make recommendations for resolution.
• Experience in troubleshooting and managing technical escalations immaterial of the criticality.
• Experience in system log analysis, investigate the culprit cause and triage the impact either by taking recommended measures or by escalating the issue to intra department SMEs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and other internal stakeholders

Required experience:

• Minimum 4+ years' experience in DevOps and SRE-L2 Engineer
• Working experience on Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience on Kubernetes integration Prometheus, Grafana and ELK.
• Worked on monitoring tools and dashboards like Prometheus, Grafana and New Relic.
• Good experience and knowledge about Service Management and E2E business process in telecom domain.
• Working Knowledge on Different Services like Cluster IP, Node Port, Load balancer
• Working knowledge on writing the Manifest files in Kubernetes like POD, Replica set, Deployment set.
• Worked on ITSM tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Service Desk
• Knowledge on Azure DevOps
