Overview

Is responsible for designing the solution for our client's opportunities driving a sales consultative approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting a consultative sales approach by thoroughly understanding client processes and identifying areas for improvement. This role involves analyzing current processes, defining enhancements, and presenting tailored solutions to support our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive all phases of business and solution development, including research, analysis, due diligence and evaluation of final solution / proposition of our client's opportunities
· Promote growth by taken initiative to identify and cultivate new clients and business opportunities and identify opportunities to provide additional client value and extension of existing client relationships.
· Work actively with BizDev, SDEs and Operations in Hunting and Farming Opportunities.
· Support and manage the daily/weekly/monthly tasks for top client opportunities.
· Process Analysis: Assess and analyze the current processes (as-is) of clients to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
· Consultative Selling: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
· Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven, innovative solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each opportunity.
· Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate incoming opportunities to determine feasibility and alignment with the company's offerings and capabilities.
· Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation of current processes and proposed solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
· Presentation: Present findings and recommended solutions to clients in a compelling manner, clearly articulating the value proposition.
· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform solution development and enhance service offerings.
Education and specific training
- Bachelors or higher education degree with business administration, and related careers.
- Knowledge in Business Process Re-engineering, Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, RPA, Machine Learning, Analytics, Program Management, Workforce Optimization
Work Experience
Technical skills
· Advanced English level
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office
· Must have hands-on experience with Business Process Modeling, Customer Journey Mapping, and a broad understanding of Digital.
· Possess outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a strong ability to understand business requirements and realize true business need to identify impactful opportunities.
· Excellent communication skills and exposure to international assignments and/or multi-geo client engagements with the ability to communicate at all levels
· Excellent writing and reporting skills to translate the conversations and the current working procedures into a documented business process
· Builds trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances.
· Ability and willingness to challenge the Customer and within Teleperformance.
