About the role:

• Work in a team to manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure optimal performance and accessibility.
• Support internal and external customers by addressing LMS-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Assist in creating, importing, and managing users, sessions, etc.
• Collaborate with operations teams, development, product support, and content teams to enhance the LMS and its functionalities.
• Ensure teams are taking advantage of LMS features and improvements.
• Maintain training and support documentation on how to effectively use the LMS.
• Monitor LMS usage and performance, and implement improvements as needed.
• Utilize HTML skills to create engaging and interactive pages within the LMS.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Education, or relevant experience.
• Proven experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong technical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with specific LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).
• Knowledge of e-learning standards and best practices.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency in HTML for creating engaging LMS content.

Base Salary: $65,000 + benefits above the law
