Work in a team to manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure optimal performance and accessibility.
Support internal and external customers by addressing LMS-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
Assist in creating, importing, and managing users, sessions, etc.
Collaborate with operations teams, development, product support, and content teams to enhance the LMS and its functionalities.
Ensure teams are taking advantage of LMS features and improvements.
Maintain training and support documentation on how to effectively use the LMS.
Monitor LMS usage and performance, and implement improvements as needed.
Utilize HTML skills to create engaging and interactive pages within the LMS.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Education, or relevant experience.
Proven experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong technical skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience with specific LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).
Knowledge of e-learning standards and best practices.
Experience in project management.
Proficiency in HTML for creating engaging LMS content.
Base Salary: $65,000 + benefits above the law
