Currently we are looking for a Development Subdirector to join our team.

The successful candidate will have experience leading successful, collaborative teams, and demonstrate the ability to solve challenging distributed systems problems with a solid technical background.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of software development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives addressing potential risks and issues proactively.
• Set the technical direction for the team and drive the evolution of the systems architecture.
• Lead multiple software development squads toward the best technical solution.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science Software Engineering or similar.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 7+ years of experience in software development lifecycle.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing agile software development projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in programming languages and backend frameworks like Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate with experience building and deploying scalable applications.
• Excellent ability to identify problems and solutions
• In-depth knowledge of application architecture, including microservices based architecture and APIs.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes & AWS/Cloud Technologies.
• Database Design & Performance Tunning (Oracle / Redis)
• Deep understanding of RESTful web services and SOA
• Experience designing, building, operating, and managing large-scale distributed systems or web services.
• LOCATION: MONTERREY, N.L. it is essential to live in the city or have relocation available, Not remote employment
