The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for documenting business requirements and helping translate them into appropriate functional and technical specifications to be used by the technology teams in new feature development. The Senior Business Analyst will work with business end users to analyze and document current business processes and application functionality as well as new requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business leads and SME's to lead the elicitation of business requirements for features and fixes and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Prioritize and maintain Product Backlog.

- Document any information elicited including process flows, current state processes, diagrams and flowcharts to represent the business needs.

- Analyze existing business processes for inefficiencies, identify and propose improvements to the system to better meet the business goals.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders or end users and the technical team to deliver solutions efficiently.

- Maintain close collaboration and communication with team members to validate the delivery of requirements.

- Coordinate UAT tests and assist in the preparation and delivery of end user documents, training materials, and user demos.

Qualifications and Experience

- Proficient in standard tools and methodologies related to Business Analysis.

- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end SDLC.

- Display a team-oriented attitude and work effectively with cross functional teams across the organization to achieve common goals.

- Effective communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

- Experience working on a Scrum/Agile team

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information.

- High motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Excellent proficiency in the English language.

- Able to write SQL queries.
