Vestas LATAM es una unidad de negocio independiente de Vestas Wind Systems, responsable de los mercados latinoamericanos. Su misión es desarrollar estos mercados en términos de ventas, instalación de proyectos y servicio al cliente. El Departamento de CIM Special Projects se encarga del buen funcionamiento de los parques eólicos de nuestros clientes, y de garantizar el máximo rendimiento de cada aerogenerador a lo largo de su vida útil. Además, garantiza que los aerogeneradores funcionen a su máxima capacidad y generen la máxima potencia para los clientes. En consecuencia, este equipo es esencial para mantener la lealtad de los clientes a largo plazo.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinación de los asuntos de Business Support en la zona.
• Compilar la información administrativa de las distintas áreas, priorizar las tareas administrativas de las áreas, asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos administrativos.
• Soporte de HR de las áreas
• Compilar y Controlar la Lista de Empleados, mantener la información en el Team Site de Service, Controlar los Procesos de Selección de las áreas, Supervisar las Incidencias de Nómina, Gestionar de la Matriz y del Proceso de Formación, Controlar del Fleet Management
• Dar seguimiento a los reportes operacionales de manera semanal y mensual.

Qualifications:

• Licenciatura Administrativa, Licenciatura en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Afin
• Deseable tener conocimiento previo de SAP y experiencia práctica
• Fuertes habilidades en comprensión e información empresarial / análisis de datos
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en area administrativao recursos humanos generalista
