Full responsible for shift supervisors' team to achieve maximum production, quality, and best cost.
Assist in selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to provide an adequate flow of applicants to meet hiring standards.
Represents plant personnel on safety issues and programs and keeps management informed of plant conditions regarding safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
Complies with all personnel policies and procedure as set by company standards and regulations.
Monitors compliance and consistent of job quality standards to ensure first quality production.
Monitors compliance to preventive maintenance requires on machines, conveyors, reports damages, and reports losses due to negligence and noncompliance.
Trains new unit personnel as required.
Communicates for basic alignment with planning.
Performs these and other duties as assigned.
What will make you successful: Education:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar.
>5-year external professional experience leading teams.
Language:
English- Overall / Fluent (is a must)
