We are in hyper growth and we have raised €25M in 2023. Worldia is scaling with a lot of exciting projects: the roll-out of the new version of the platform, a subsidiary in the US and new business partnerships.

Missions
As part of our expansion into the US market, we are actively seeking for an enthusiastic person to join us as a Team Lead who is eager to embark on this exciting journey with us. Our coworking space is based in Mérida, Mexico.
As a Team Lead you will be the go to person for the team, monitor the KPIs and have weekly interactions with the Head of International Markets as well as other members of the Berlin team.
More precisely, your role will be to:
- Manage the team of Travel Agents ( 20 - 30 %) which includes monitoring of KPI's, working on Purpose+, optimizing processes as well as trouble shooting
- Do day to day operations ( 70 - 80 %)whether this might be in the sense of Travel Advisor or After Sales or even in the aspect of Customer Success, depending on your profile
Let's talk about you
You have/are:
- Travel industry or Sales experience
- Fluent in English at an almost native level
- Previous experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, is highly desirable
- You are comfortable with Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
