Position: Marketing Communications

Works cross functionally to support campaigns and marketing activities related with PR, social media and Brand Corporate. Collaborates with account management teams to support the utilization of the Customer Experience Centers.}

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Public Relations & Though Leadership
• Develops the Public Relations strategy and annual plan in coordination with our PR agencies and the Marketing Communication Manager, to ensure market awareness and though-leadership in our industry.
• Case Studies Development through our PR Agency and in collaboration with Marketing Communication Manager
• Coordinate Media activities such as: trainings, press conferences, etc.
• Social Media
• Plans, customize, coordinate, execute and measure Social Media Strategy in LATAM in coordination with other members of the LATAM marketing team, as well as Corporate brand manager.
• Executes social content development for corporate, brand campaign and BUs initiatives with the support of a Social Media Agency.
• Provides guidance on key performance indicators and analytics.
• Manage and coordinate the Panduit Experience Center End Users visit program in Mexico City
• Brand Corporate Management & Programs
• Manages the brand messaging to ensure clear understanding of the brand promise, vision, and attributes. Creates campaigns that effectively communicate our brand in LATAM.
• Execute brand campaign initiatives and Programs
• Manage the brand standards and enable sales team with branding tools & kits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

?

• Required Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications;
• Years of Experience: 2-4 years job family related

KNOWELDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Customer Service focused, developing relationships by listening and understanding the customer (both internal and external). Anticipates and provides solutions and alternatives to customer needs, giving high priority to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
