Required Experience

5 to 8 years of experience, related to Logistics or transportation, preferable in the Automotive Industry

Main Responsibilities

•Execute logistics operation process to achieve monthly targets and Glovis business plan

•Vehicle inventory & transportation management.

•Logistic planning, track & trace and performance analysis.

•Daily communication with customers, yard operators (compounds, ports, VPC, VDC, etc.) and carriers to assign priorities and execute shipments.

•Coordination among Glovis departments to follow stablished processes

•Daily & Montly reports (Aging, Yard Unloading, Inventory, Volume, SSR, etc.)

•Execute tasks assigned by supervisors

•Daily communications with customers to provide data requested (vin location, inventory, trips track & trace, etc.)

•Receive and Process special customers request (uncommon shipments, unique services, etc.)

•Make key decisions and setting priorities in order to accomplished customer satisfaction.

•KPI's & performance analysis and strategy.

•Production plan (Domestic & Export Market) / Forecast according upcoming vessel (Import Market)

•Audit system in a daily basis (TLPs, ALBs, Port in, Ship out, Stocks, Allocation, Over ETA, etc.).

•Monitoring GMX system issues, require improvements and updates to IT.

•Atlas issues follow up until corrections are made.

•System improvements proposals and requirements
