ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring their proper implementation. Additionally, they will manage key administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of all marketing initiatives. Their role will include market research and consumer behavior analysis to optimize strategic decision-making.

The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Marketing Manager and actively contribute to achieving business objectives by creating and managing strong and effective marketing campaigns.

?ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks within the marketing department.
• Execute specific activities within marketing plans on time and as required.
• Assist in strategic marketing planning and the launch of advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate and oversee media execution.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing activities.
• Manage and prioritize projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare meetings and presentations for key stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and the creative team to develop promotional materials.
• Maintain detailed tracking of ongoing projects.
• Ensure confidentiality of projects until their official communication.
• Update the list of ongoing projects at the beginning of each week.
• Oversee the content, maintenance, and review generation for Google My Business in Argentina and Chile.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Skills in budget management, project management, and marketing planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet key deadlines.?
