Role: SAP CRM Support Functional Consultant / ABAP Developer
?Requirements
Education: Graduated Computer Systems Engineer or related field.
Level: Advanced English (at least: B2+, C1 or C2)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Location: Puebla, Puebla (Next to Parque FINSA)
Technical Knowledge: SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP Leasing.
Experience and Responsibilities (at least 4 - 5 years)
SAP Implementation
Configure and customize modules according to the client's or organization's needs, as well as document functional and technical specifications.
Support and Continuous Improvement: Diagnose and resolve module-related incidents and problems.
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in financial and control processes.
Provide functional solutions that meet the company's strategic objectives.
Ensure proper SAP integration across the various modules (SS, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, LEASING).
Oversee integrations with external systems, such as reporting tools or solutions.
Train key and end users in the correct use of the modules.
Generate and update user manuals.
SAP consultant (minimum 5 years implementing SAP systems) in the following modules: SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP Leasing.
Significant knowledge and experience in at least two modules.
As a functional SAP CRM consultant, preferably an ABAP developer, knowledge of programming languages ??such as Java or Python is required to facilitate test automation.

Gross Salary up to $65,000 - $70,000 MXN
