Role: IT Project Manager
Requirements
Education: Graduated Computer Systems Engineer or related field.
Level: Advanced English (at least: B2+, C1 or C2)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Location: Puebla, Puebla (Next to Parque FINSA)
Technical Knowledge: Certifications in PMI, SCRUM, and/or AGIL, JIRA, and CONFLUENCE management.
Experience and Responsibilities (at least 4 years)
· Good experience as a PM in IT.
· Integrate the activities, duration, costs, and number of experts who will carry out the project/service delivery on behalf of the supplier into a work plan (schedule).
· Verify that all third-party technical proposals, and in turn, contracts, contain service levels and penalties aligned with established processes.
· Verify that a contract/purchase order is generated per project and another per normal operation in conjunction with the business leader.
· Analyze initiatives and manage them so that they are estimated (costs and times) in relation to Demand Management processes. Apply the process groups and knowledge areas of the Project Management standard and the internal methodology for project and program management.
· Manage and direct one or more simultaneous projects and/or programs using the Waterfall and SCRUM methodology - agile, as applicable.
· Ensure that the budget is used according to established policies and procedures.
· Ensure alignment and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the projects under their responsibility.
· Ensure the development of deliverables corresponding to the current project management methodology according to the phases of each project under their responsibility, with the goal of ensuring the quality commitment in collaboration with the project team.

Gross Salary up to $55,000 - $65,000 MXN
