We are looking for a Design Ops Lead to work on a project with a multinational company.
Requirements
• As a Design Ops Lead for design you will be responsible for driving operation excellence of the design team.
• Gain consensus amongst customer stakeholders, managing iterations and impact to timeline.
• In collaboration with design team and customer, define, manage, assign, ensure completeness of team member tasks through Asana.
• Collaborate with engineering team to gather, track and assign requests for design work from engineering.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, setting agendas ahead of time and ensuring customer and design team alignment and project understanding and schedule.
• Manage task and sign-off dependencies that are complex and ever-changing.
• Create communication and reporting cadence and use of the correct channels, ensuring all team members are up to speed.
• Coordinate internal design team rituals.
• Advocate for new tools, best practices and processes for your team and client
Qualifications
• 5+ years' experience with relevant experience with design teams. You have a good understanding of the design process and alsounderstanding of various functions in design (design research, product design) and design quality.
• Previous agency or consulting experience.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and operational skills.
• Must have experience working with Agile and waterfall process.
• Good communication, interpersonal, facilitation and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in human centered design process, project management and stakeholder management
• Asana master and Slack wizard with some experience using figma.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in KPI & metric management a plus
• Experience in capacity planning a plus.
• You have 2+ years of experience managing a distributed team
• You are not a default “yes” person, rather you synthesize the situation and provide recommendations with grace, ensuring buy-in from customers and your team.
