Descripción
The Recruitment Specialist at Afni México plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and engaging work environment by promoting and managing the Employee Referral Program. This role is responsible for driving innovative strategies to enhance referral rates, organizing impactful recruitment events, and ensuring the seamless integration of referred candidates into the hiring pipeline.

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO industry.
Experience working in organizations with 300+ employees (preferred).
Strong initiative, creativity, and motivation to drive recruitment success.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions and Environment:
Incumbent works in a temperature-controlled office environment. Incumbent sits at a desk during regularly scheduled work hours; answers and makes telephone calls using a standard telephone; types on a standard keyboard; reads and comprehends information from a computer terminal and/or written resources.
