Job Description
Title: International Sales Associate
Career Level: Entry-Level
Department: International Sales
Reports to: Regional Manager
Job Summary: To assist the District Manager in providing support to the International Territory Managers with their customers and Customer´s Sales Programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Order entry of bi-annual booking cycle; including the support at the Dealer markets.
· Follow up with Territory Managers of pending orders for the program.
· Miami Vendor Program: Support the coordinator of the Miami Vendor program with the following tasks:
· Monthly vendor promotional coordination.
· Vendor/Territory database creation and follow up.
· Catalog update prior to each dealer market.
· Support vendor presence at dealer market.
· Support the coordination of annual event in Miami that includes coordination with vendors and customers.
· Sales Support:
· Provide sales support to accounts in LATAM.
· Specific category/vendor/product search assigned by Territory Manager.
· Support in specific projects of new stores, remodel and/or expansion.
· Process claim exceptions with specific accounts.
· Train customer staff our website features including quotes, claims, orders and product search.
· International Category Management Project – Latin America: Provide support to the Regional Manager on a regional project that will include the coordination of information with all territory manages in the region that include:
· Manage database of category/product information related to the project.
· Research data of competitors/manufacturers in specific markets.
· Review regional opportunities with vendors (including Exclusively Own Brands) for promotional items.
· International Retail Projects Management Provide support to the International Division on different retail and category management projects including the coordination of information with all territory managers in the different regions that include:
· Analyzing data to provide new categories and/or refresh different sections at customers´ stores.
· Coordinate the implementation and execution of projects with our marketing
department, logistics department, customer's freight forwarder and logistics department.
· Prepare all necessary paperwork with vendors and the buying department for the funding of projects when necessarily.

· Ability to communicate information and ideas both verbally and written so others will understand.
· Aptitude to establish priorities, meet deadlines, manage one's own times, and proceed with objectives with limited supervision.
Required Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree is required with a degree in International Business being preferred.
· Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
· Prior experience in a hardware or home improvement role is preferred.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel as well as Gmail.
· International travel up to 70% is required.
· Travel to Dealer Markets once a year is required.
