Responsabilidades del puesto
1. To prepare purchase and sale orders when required
2. To follow up shipments daily
3. To act as intermediaries between suppliers and customers in the daily operation
4. To conduct physical and virtual inventory control weekly
5. To prepare weekly reports for Management on the status of the costumer's inventory to make decisions
6. To carry out monthly sales closures by providing the information to the Management so that they can present the global Department closure
7. To check that the supplier invoices are prepared correctly to be delivered to the Accounting department weekly
8. To follow up customer payments in the accounting Department weekly
9. To follow up customer quality problems when required
10. To perform fluctuations analysis of the customer's purchase orders to assess the amount of material needed each month
