Our Client: A leading company in the field of interactive educational entertainment for children is looking for a Partnerships Manager.
The Partnerships Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining the portfolio of industry partners, essential for sustaining the business model. This role involves building and nurturing trustworthy relationships through executing agreements and promotions with industry partners' brands.
Key Responsibilities
-Meet specific quotas of industry partners according to the financial model defined for the facility.
-Develop area plans, defining investment targets for industry partners.
-Identify and engage international, national, and regional companies, government institutions, and nonprofit associations that align with the local business environment for commercial agreements.
-Negotiate agreements with industry partners, outlining concepts, investment amounts, and proposals for brand participation within the facility.
-Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for successful negotiations and align sales processes with other departments (such as content and experience).
The Successful Applicant:
The successful candidate will have:
-Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Financial Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
-Work Experience: 7 or more years of experience in marketing, sales, or related business fields, ideally within the entertainment for kids or hospitality industry.
-Market and trends analysis.
-Marketing or sales management experience.
-Business plan development and analysis.
-Strong relationship-building skills.
-Revenue generation and new business development.
-Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Advanced level of English proficiency.
