Position Summary:
This position is responsible of studying human behavior within the organization. Its main objective is to improve the behavior of the individual that belongs to Shape Corp organization and promote well-being within coworkers to promote their development and meet with the NOM 035 STPS requirements.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty effectively. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Preferred Education, Skills and Experience:
1. Degree: Psychologist.
2. Experience: Almost 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferently in organizational development area. Experience with Training Procedures, legal requirements and Organizational Development plans.
3. Languages: English Fluent
4. Software: Microsoft Office, STPS portal.

Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following:
· Psychological support for individuals who need it to help them interact with other members of the team and the organization, thus guaranteeing well-being within the company.
· Application of psychological treatments focused on the development of cognitive and behavioral skills to resolve possible conflicts and guarantee a good climate within the company.
· Diagnose the organizational climate and culture through observation, conducting interviews, surveys or questionnaires in order to implement the necessary preventive or corrective actions.
· Provide coaching and guidance to advise the organization's management committee on matters related to the relationship with workers.
· Implement work efficiency plans to increase and improve the organization's climate, avoid fatigue and prevent accidents or occupational diseases.
· Design programs aimed at the promotion and development of employees.
· Diagnose the work environment and work to ensure that there is a good work environment.
· Co-responsible of Annual Training Plan, follow up of schedule trainings and ensure the necessary materials to deliver trainings
· Update the evidence in STPS portal.
· Provide evidence about NOM-035 in client audits or when necessary.
· Guaranty the implementation, application and follow-up activities to meet the NOM-035 requirements.
Additional:
· Ensure all the performed tasks are aligned to the norms and requirements of the Automotive Industry such as IATF, ISO14001 and Occupational Health.
· Support in Talent Acquisition Processes.
