About the Job:
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver the product vision for the Cash & Financial Operations Squad supporting the Americas Region.
- Focus on high-impact products for General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Tax, and Treasury.
- Utilize agile methodologies to deliver value.
- Manage a team of Product Analysts and collaborate with technical specialists.
- Define and implement the product vision for technology capabilities in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
Business Strategy / Strategic Vision:
- Define the product vision and create a strategic application roadmap.
- Partner with Cash and Financial Ops business owners to define value-creating use cases.
- Prioritize business requirements to develop scalable capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and related financial applications.
Impact on Business Results:
- Ensure the delivery of high-value applications using global capabilities.
- Ensure timely execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes.
- Support all reporting, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
People Management Responsibilities:
- Manage one or several Product Analysts.
- Act as a Servant Leader for the product team, guiding work through the product backlog.
About You:
- 8+ years of experience in financial applications: SAP ECC 6 or S/4 HANA, financial tools and processes.
- Knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow, Asana, and agile management systems.
- Desired experience in an agile working environments.
- Experience in multicultural, remote team environments.
Innovation Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and communicate them to development teams.
- Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with product and agile management methodologies.
- Knowledge in process automation, RPA, machine learning, and AI is a plus.
