The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding the client portfolio, and managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as production, quality, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
RequirementsResponsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase client base in the food, beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including pricing negotiations, delivery terms, and commercial agreements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the regional markets (Guadalajara, Ciudad Juárez, Tijuana, Mérida), while strengthening relationships with key clients.
- Prepare customized business proposals tailored to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, quality, marketing) to ensure products meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Provide post-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction and address any issues or claims.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to promote products and attract new clients.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the company's CRM system.
Required Skills:- Proven experience managing key accounts and building long-term business relationships.

- Knowledge of regional markets and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Intermediate-level English preferred.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in glass packaging or related industrial sectors.
- Key account management experience and proven ability to develop long-term business relationships.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of regional markets and an ability to identify expansion opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
