Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Pre-Sales Manager to spearhead the technical sales process, engaging potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose customized eCommerce and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to design and present high-impact solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with prospective clients to assess their eCommerce, digital transformation, and technology needs.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into tailored technical solutions, working closely with internal teams (Development, UX/UI, Testing, etc.).
- Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and value propositions aligned with client goals.
- Technical Leadership: Lead demos, workshops, and technical discussions to showcase our expertise.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to execution.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends (eCommerce, Retail Tech, Omnichannel, etc.) and competitor offerings.
- RFP/RFI & Contract Support: Contribute to proposal responses and negotiations with a technical perspective.
Qualifications & Skills
- 12+ years in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting (Technology Services sector).
- Strong expertise in eCommerce platforms, Front-end/Back-end technologies, UX/UI principles, and QA processes.
- Ability to analyze complex needs and design scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Exceptional proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Retail or Multi-sector projects (Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.) is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (written & spoken) for global client interactions.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
