About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Americas leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth through effective supply chain management.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and execute plans to optimize supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of IAQ products and services.

Analyze risks and apply risk minimization techniques, to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

At least 5 years in a leadership role as a Sourcing or Procurement Manager.

Strong project management and leadership skills.
