We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, systems, and strategies within the insurance domain. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure that business needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Analyze and assess business processes, systems, and workflows related to insurance operations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for insurance projects and system implementations.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements within insurance operations, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices to drive business value.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that business solutions comply with relevant insurance regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating communication and ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst within the financial industry.
• Proven experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, and implementing business solutions.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling, requirements, and documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Visio, etc.).
