Ensure customer deliverables and requirements are properly understood, planned and implemented by participating in gate reviews and program management meetings
Participate in customer audits, internal audits, meetings for changes in dedicated program, commissioning of new equipment, evaluation of measuring equipment, trial runs – verify trial run process is robust and all quality documents and procedures have been met prior to trial run.
Manage and support Hanon plant APQP process including but not limited to cascading customer specific requirements, manufacturing feasibility, run at rate, PPAP documentation review and safe launch plan approval and track performance to safe launch plan. Ensure new model programs are meeting customer timing.
Responsible for training Hanon personnel in HPDS procedures and requirements.
Verify DVP&R and PVP&R meet customer requirements for testing, number of samples and the definition of “pass” is understood.
Ensure the new model process adheres to the HPDS process and where applicable the GPEP process for electrical and electronic components.
Communicate new model timing and quality concerns by highlighting Risks, Issues and Opportunities in the program management Enterproj process to inform the team and management of potential risks to the program.
Years of Experience
3 - 5 years' experience in manufacturing processes/ quality systems
Knowledge of Customer Specifics and Standards (VDA, Q-Offer, etc.)
Knowledge of statistical tools - six sigma greenbelt or black belt certification preferred.
A history of focusing on customer expectations/deliverables
Strong project management and Team Leadership, communication & negotiation skills demonstrated by the ability to lead multiple, simultaneous projects
Knowledge of ASPICE and Functional Safety (ISO26262) a plus
Special Requirements (i.e.: Overtime, Travel, etc.)
Travel required (40-50% travel within North America)
Occasional overtime and schedule flexibility required
