Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level)
Excellent technological skills
Preferably with experience in a Legal Firm
Main activities:
Managing schedules and general administrative tasks. Fast dictation skills
Organizing conferences, booking, and logistics for meetings
Support and follow-up on administrative activities (invoices and expense reports)
Booking travel arrangements and managing expense reports
Good file management
Drafting letters, memorandums, emails, and general translations
Assistance to various Partners and practice areas
