Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant (INSIDE SALES) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, file maintenance, and document preparation.
Prepare and process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.
Manage and update customer databases and internal systems.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
Generate reports and presentations for the sales team as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, sales assistant, or similar role.
Degree: Business, Internacional Business or similar
Knowledge of Accounting Terms (Invoicing experience mandatory)
English level advance
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
