Job Purpose: Implement and execute comprehensive maintenance program for the entire fleet. Implement improvements for fuel efficiency (template configuration, autonomous AC, performance analysis and differences by unit, operator and route). Adherence to budget assigned to the area. Implementation of cost per kilometer analysis of tires, manage purchases determining the cost benefit by type of operation. Follow-up to quality management system ensuring continuous improvement throughout the department. Follow-up to KPIS, presentations to management.
Knowledge:
Administration of preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet.
Administration of scheduled maintenance based on mileage characteristics and customer needs.
Road rescues to units with Kenwhorth, Freightliner, Volvo, International brands.
Implementation and follow-up of annual preventive maintenance schedules.
Reduction of road rescues due to maintenance issues.
Improved unit performance.
Implementation of annual preventive maintenance matrix for forklifts and diesel platforms.
Supervision of internal and external repairs. Follow-up of the quality management system.
Coordinate the technical team for the compliance of metrics (preventive and corrective schedules, customer satisfaction and arrival times).
Reduction of time spent in external workshops to ensure the availability of equipment.
Diesel fuel performance monitoring.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in the diesel maintenance area.
