The main responsibility is to ensure the accurate calculation and payment of payroll for the group companies in various countries.
Responsibilities:
Ensure correct payroll calculation for the group companies in different countries where the process is managed (Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Guyana, Colombia, USA, among others).
Review payroll incidents submitted by each company.
Comply with labor, tax, and social security obligations derived from the payroll.
Update employee databases in payroll and HR systems.
Stay updated on labor and tax matters in the countries where payroll is calculated.
Coordinate work teams to ensure process compliance.
Requirements:
Bilingual
Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
At least 2 years of proven experience in international payroll calculations.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with SAP or equivalent payroll systems.
