Requirements:

Experience: 1 year in mass recruitment (Call Center).

Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Pedagogy, or similar

Knowledge: Basic handling of Office / PC.

Knowledge and skills: Recruitment sources and platforms (free and paid).

Massive operational recruitment.

Skills: Effective communication, organization, results orientation, proactivity.
