We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to enhance our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supervises employees in the installation and maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations.
- Oversees the installation and maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Oversees the work of maintenance and maintenance support staff; communicates expectations and provides direction and training.
- Monitors work performance and provides feedback.
- Coordinates maintenance of production equipment.
- Oversees technical process control and quality process control.

Requirements
To succeed in the Electrical Maintenance Engineer position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
- Experience with preventive maintenance techniques and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
