We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to enhance our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Supervises employees in the installation and maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations.
• Oversees the installation and maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Oversees the work of maintenance and maintenance support staff; communicates expectations and provides direction and training.
• Monitors work performance and provides feedback.
• Coordinates maintenance of production equipment.
• Oversees technical process control and quality process control.

Requirements

To succeed in the Electrical Maintenance Engineer position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
• Experience with preventive maintenance techniques and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
