WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS HRBP SR MANGER IN PUEBLA:
Your Role - Manage the headcount of the areas in charge, comply with the approved coverage percentage and review, together with the leaders, the structure in each budget process in order to ensure that it is aligned with the company's strategy.
Design local HR programs and initiatives and implement global initiatives related to corporate programs to comply with the company's people strategy.
Create and develop HR policies, procedures, tools with the objective of ensuring compliance with regulations applicable to HR within the company.
Guide business leaders and collaborators with a strategic approach, challenging behaviors with the aim strengthening the organizational culture and promoting a positive work enviroment
Responsibilities -
- Design and implement HR strategies, oversee the implementation of policies and procedures, labor relations strategies and serve as a business partner to provide advice and support to the organization's leaders and HRBP managers, to guarantee execution in projects related to the human resources strategy and contribute to the achievement of global objectives.

Qualifications -
HR, Business Administration or related.
Advanced English.
Experience:
- At least 5 years in a HR area in a similar position within companies with a HC over 1500 employees and national presence
- Project management
- Talent management
