Descripción
Responsabilities:
- Organize the Lean activities to improve the efficiency, reduce the cost and improve the quality.
- Lead the lean projects, good suggution to achieve cost saving target.
- Collect, assist and promote the reasonable suggestion.
- Give training to Mexican employee on lean manufacturing.
- Conduct Toyota production system in Sanhua plants.
- Operation data analysis and sent the analysis report.
Requierements:
- Bachelor/Engineering Degree (With title)
- 3-6 years of experience in similar positions
- Experience in automotive industry
- Auto CAD software experience
- Advance/Technical English
- Office software like PPT,excel, word, Xmind
