Trade Compliance Analyst
Job Summary:
As a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and compliant execution of import/export processes in line with internal customer needs and the type of operation. You will handle the tracking and follow-up of international shipments, trade compliance programs, reporting, reconciliations, and monthly metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on international trade operations
- Manage customs brokers and carriers
- Communicate and coordinate with internal customers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with trade programs (Archer, audits, reviews, and procedures)
- Maintain and track performance metrics for area operations, carriers and customs brokers
- Prepare and review reconciliations: inventory, SAT reports (GLOSA), and commercial invoice matching
- Deliver monthly performance presentations
- Support logistics program reconciliations (CASS and SCO), training sessions, and issue resolution
- Participate in internal and external audits and self-audit programs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in foreign trade or customs compliance
- Strong knowledge of customs law, regulations, government permits, and Mexican compliance frameworks, including:
-RGCE
-IMMEX program
-Annex 22, 24, and 30
-IVA & IEPS certification
-OEA, CTPAT certifications
- Experience managing electronic foreign trade documentation
- Proven ability to work with customs brokers and logistics carriers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach
