We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior BI Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating dashboards in Looker and Tableau and be an expert in finding insights and patterns in data to help achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker and Tableau that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Provide support and training to end-users on the use of BI dashboards and tools.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards.
• Develop efficient data models and optimize queries to enhance performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in Looker or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience working with large volumes of data and ETL tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing
• Knowledge of additional BI and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
