We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Master Data Accountant to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining metadata across various systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting data-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage metadata for entities in Oracle and JD Edwards.
• Modify and update metadata based on requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct quality checks and data structure validations.
• Act as a point of contact for metadata-related inquiries and confirmations.
• Ensure data hygiene by suggesting merges, deactivations, and cleaning metadata as needed.
• Support Oracle and JDE roll-outs related to master data.
• Participate in master data projects, such as procurement clean-up exercises.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in metadata management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of metadata principles and data management processes.
• Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, in English/Spanish and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
