We are seeking a talented and passionate Principal Software Engineer (Mobile) to join our International Mobile Team.

• About the Team: This team focuses on delivering exceptional mobile experiences to support customers, associates, and business needs across international teams which includes operations in 23 countries

The ideal candidate will have experience as a tech lead and a strong development background in mobile-first architectures using Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android). Expertise in backend integration using GraphQL (desired) and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable mobile applications are essential. You will collaborate with product teams, designers, and architects to design, develop, and enhance reliable and easy-to-maintain mobile infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• English required
• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years in mobile app development (Swift/Kotlin).
• Proven track record of building and delivering large-scale, high-quality mobile applications.
• Proficiency in API integration (REST, GraphQL preferred).
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, mobile architectures, and best practices for iOS and Android.
• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with backend technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting mobile performance issues.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
