Job Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of Quality Assurance experience on web-based applications

and associated back-end integrated systems.

o A bachelor's degree or technical degree required. Marketing, Digital Media,

Computer Science, Communications or related degrees preferred. All majors

encouraged to apply.

o Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid

conclusions.

o Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and business information and

deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

? Project Management:

o Must have strong organizational skills and able to create and adhere to project

plans.

o Must be able to work with multiple people and departments to effectively keep

projects on task.

o Experience in an Agile development environment preferred.

Technical Skills:

o Ability to create clear/accurate functional documentation, including test scripts

and scenarios.

o Strong understanding of how written requirements translate to web UI / UX and

system integrations.

o Ability to read/write basic HTML / CSS a plus.

? Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations:

o A valid driver's license.

? Computer Applications Skills:

o Experience with enterprise digital platforms (or equivalent) such as Insite,

Optimizely, Salesforce/CPQ, Stibo Step, HubSpot and SAP (or equivalent)

preferred.

o Experience with agile project management software such as JIRA or

Monday preferred.

o Ability to work in a Windows environment and standard Microsoft office

applications, with strong Word and Excel knowledge.

Responsabilidades del puesto

Lead internal QA/User Acceptance Testing efforts of newly developed web features,

feature defect remediation, regression testing for quarterly web platform upgrades, and

back-end integrations and services.

? Validate features, enhancements and upgrades are compliant with requirements and

objectives, and include cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

? Create and log accurate and detailed bug tickets, enabling web/development teams to

easily reproduce for troubleshooting and remediation.

? Own the documentation of critical processes and user scenarios

regression testing.

? Develop effective and sustainable testing processes for both web application and back-

end integrations to improve product quality and increase frequency of deployments

utilizing an agile approach.

? Create and oversee the creation and approval of project test cases and QA-related

documentation.

? Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for ongoing

website improvements and updates.

? Become an ambassador, providing outstanding website technical support

for customers and internal stakeholders.

? Assist in identifying, activating, and improving new site functionality, content and UX

features through basic HTML/CSS and site configuration.
