NH Seguros is looking for a Administration Assistant for the Underwriting department.

The ideal candidate will have:
Fluent in English and Spanish - verbal and written
Good customer service skills
Ability to reach and collect data
Detail oriented
Desire to work with a team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
Ability to prioritize projects and capability to work with confidential documents
Good computer skills with ability to quickly learn new systems
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent typing and transcription skills, including typing at fast speeds, accuracy, high concentration, focus, and ability to find and correct mistakes.

Inventory Control
Active communication with outside provider in both English and Spanish
Customer service Communication.
