CR England is one of the largest refrigerated transport companies in America, with around 500 clients and 100 years of experience in the global market.

Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking to add new talent based out of our Querétaro office.

Schedule: work 4 days a week and rest 4 days. (4x4) Day shift or Night shift.

*Abilities:

• Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
• Providing resolutions to problems in a time-effective manner
• Attention to detail
• Ability to adapt
• Problem-solving

*Activities:

• Oversee mechanical breakdowns.
• Making outbound and taking inbound phone calls.
• Coordinate and schedule service, providing our drivers with an accurate start and completion.
• Ensure that our CRE drivers are given the support that is needed daily.
• Strong customer service skills.

*Must likely:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple operating systems
• Ability with software systems
• Call Center experience
• Mechanical experience
