We are looking for Operations specialist Vehicle
Profile and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Foreign Trade, International Trade and Customs, Distribution channels and logistics management
English Advanced
·Minimum 8 years in planning, logistic and vehicle industrie
·Personnel Management Experience
·Excel Advanced

Leadership
Responsibilities:
•Execute logistics operation process to achieve monthly targets and Glovis business plan
•Vehicle inventory & transportation management.
•Logistic planning, track & trace and performance analysis.
•Daily communication with yard operators (compounds, ports, VPC, VDC, etc.) and carriers to assign priorities and execute shipments.
•Coordination among Glovis departments to follow stablished processes
•Daily & Montly reports (Aging, Yard Unloading, Inventory, Volume, SSR, etc.)
•Daily communications with customers to provide data requested (vin location, inventory, trips track & trace, etc.)
•Receive and Process special customers request (uncommon shipments, unique services, etc.)
•Make key decisions and setting priorities in order to accomplish customer satisfaction.
•KPI's & performance analysis and strategy.
•Production plan (Domestic & Export Market) / Forecast according upcoming vessel (Import Market)
•Audit system in a daily basis (TLPs, ALBs, Port in, Ship out, Stocks, Allocation, Over ETA, etc.).
•Atlas issues follow up until corrections are made.
•System improvements proposals and requirements
•Training & develop operations staff (assistants, specialists, etc.)
•Teamwork across all Glovis departments and business units.
•Training customers & carriers to follow Glovis processes.
•Foster logistics and operations improvements.
•Make suggestions to efficient processes and reduce logistics costs.
•Loading factor increase projects.
•Risk prevention and damage ratio reductions plan, working together with Quality Assistant Manager.
•Develop robust processes to avoid logistic problems.
