Responsibilities:
?? Provide general administrative and operational support
?? Organize and maintain physical and digital files
?? Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
?? Answer phone calls and help coordinate meetings and appointments
??? Assist with errands, small purchases, and external tasks
?? Offer support to the team with daily administrative needs
?? Help coordinate basic logistics (messaging, transportation, etc.)
Requirements:
??? Conversational English (required) – must be able to understand and communicate verbally with international clients or team members
?? Valid driver's license (required)
?? Previous experience working in hotels (required)
?? 1- 2 years of previous experience in administrative roles (preferred)
?? Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and punctuality
?? Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
?? Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
